Coaching Session Format
Each Glad Life Coaching session is 45-minutes, once a week for 4-weeks, 8-weeks, or 12-weeks. In each session the coachee can expect:
- Homework review
- Development of next step in Action Plan
- Practice exercises
- Develop contingencies
- Homework assignments
What can I expect from coaching?
By the end of your package you should be able to set goals, develop an action plan, execute the action plan, develop contingencies for setbacks, and follow through. You are held accountable to every goal but you get coaching to achieve them.
Each week you will get closer to your goal. You will grow as a person and gain the self-confidence to achieve any goal.
