Each class is a maximum of 10 participants so that you can get the attention of the personal training but without the cost. We combine resistance training, balance training, cardio workouts, plyometrics, core training, functional training and flexibility to produce the results you expect.  Each class is designed to improve strength, body tone, stamina, endurance in a unique way.
