My name is Tiffany and I began working out with Glad for purposes of becoming more toned. I had no idea who Glad was and was hesitant to join his fitness program because of prior experiences but decided to do so anyway since I would be with other women that I worked with. In earlier experiences with personal trainers I had been hit on and inappropriate comments were made and I had no desire to be a part of anything like that again. I have lost about 8 lbs over the time that I have worked with Glad but more importantly I notice that my arms, legs, thighs, and most importantly my butt (lol) are all much more toned. I am ex-military and the main thing I despised about the military was running but since joining Glad’s Fitness my endurance and determination has increased dramatically. I would recommend Glad’s Fitness program to anyone that I know. He is a complete gentleman and results are his goal. As long as you’re willing to do the work he is willing to continuously push and encourage you.
