I started exercising for a number of reasons. I was the overweight, depressed, and tired as well.  I decided to make a series of lifestyle changes and after years of half-hearted attempts to exercise, I took control of my health and body. You were recommended to me as a personal trainer by an acquaintance who was also a client.  After meeting with you, I knew that my goals would be best achieved by working with you.  Your style and emphasis on total body health, not just physical but also the mental aspect made a lot of sense to me.  It didn’t seem to be a “drill sergeant” style of training and that appealed to me. I have lost 16 lbs, but more importantly I have lost 22 lbs of fat.  I have lost a lot of inches as well.  My core is so strong now that I no longer have back pain.  I have definition in my arms and legs.  I am stronger.  My balance is better.  I sleep better.  My metabolism works better.  My skin looks better.  My mood is better.  My confidence is better.  I could go on and on! I now realize that I’m stronger than I thought I was.  I now know that fitness is an ongoing process – you are always climbing.  I learned that so much of training is mental.   You must have the right attitude or training/fitness will never work for you.  You are looking for failure because that gives you a goal to aim for.  I learned that you are in control of your body and you have the power to change it. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone and I already do!. This is because I believe in the style of training and exercises used – you don’t need any special requirements to do this, anyone can participate.  The personal training classes are small so you do get the personal attention and don’t feel like you’re just a number in some huge class.  The atmosphere you create is not intimidating at all, like some of the larger gyms where everyone looks perfect all the time.  Participants will work hard but never be bored – the work outs change all the time.  Honestly, even if you only attend once a week (that’s how I started), you will notice a difference!

My co-workers and I decided as a group to begin exercising to lose weight and get our bodies’ back in shape. Also, we agreed to keep each other accountable and motivated as we began working out. We wanted a personal trainer who would work on our unique time schedule and Gladimir found a schedule that we could all follow. Since we’ve started with him, I have lost 22 lbs and the inches are coming off as well. I’m not sure how many inches thus far, but as long as I keep seeing results and feel better I’m happy. More importantly, Glad’s workouts have been keeping from having to take medicine for diabetes. His approach to dieting is unique. He doesn’t tell you what to eat and how to eat, but he informs you on how changing your eating habits and staying hydrated will make you feel in and out of your workouts. I would recommend Glad Health & Fitness to others.

I chose to start working out because I needed to lose a few pounds after getting married. My goals were to have a toned body as I lose weight. I heard about Glad Health and Fitness from my coworker. We decided to join up as a group to keep each other motivated. Initially, I’ve the workouts to be challenging both mentally and physically which was different then the way I was working out previously. Eventually, I gain confidence knowing I could push myself. Furthermore, I have changed my diet and also conscious about what I’m eating on a daily basis, especially when I got out. So far I’ve lost 10 pounds and noticed a big difference in my clothes. My outlook has changed a lot and I’ve been pushing myself even more. Glad has made a difference in me becoming healthier. He will challenge you. The extra push is what you need to become healthier and fit. I would recommend Glad Health & Fitness to anyone who is willing to challenge themselves and make a difference in living a healthy life style.

My name is Tiffany and I began working out with Glad for purposes of becoming more toned. I had no idea who Glad was and was hesitant to join his fitness program because of prior experiences but decided to do so anyway since I would be with other women that I worked with. In earlier experiences with personal trainers I had been hit on and inappropriate comments were made and I had no desire to be a part of anything like that again. I have lost about 8 lbs over the time that I have worked with Glad but more importantly I notice that my arms, legs, thighs, and most importantly my butt are all much more toned. I am ex-military and the main thing I despised about the military was running but since joining Glad’s Fitness my endurance and determination has increased dramatically. I would recommend Glad’s Fitness program to anyone that I know. He is a complete gentleman and results are his goal. As long as you’re willing to do the work he is willing to continuously push and encourage you.

I chose to start exercising to get back in shape. Although I do still have membership at my local gym and go every blue moon. I chose to go with Glad Fitness because of the great rates, and have stayed because of the great personal attention. I am more inclined to go to our group sessions because of the attention and that extra push I get. Since I have started I have lost 10lbs and several inches off my waist, hips, thighs and arms. I see a dramatic difference in the tone of my body. Since I have been working out with Glad, I feel more energetic and healthier overall. I would most definitely recommend Glad Health & Fitness to my friends and family.
